Hà Nội, 12/12/2010. ACS chính thức trở thành Đối tác bạc (Silver Partner) của hãng AXIS. Với chứng nhận trở thành Đối tác Bạc của Tập đoàn công nghệ Camera mạng hàng đầu thế giới, ACS tiếp tục khẳng định vị thế hàng đầu về công nghệ an ninh giám sát tại Việt Nam.

Silver Partner là cấp độ đối tác thứ 2 của hãng AXIS sau cấp độ Gold Partner. Silver Partner có khả năng cung cấp giải pháp tổng thể cho khách hàng đối với tất cả các sản phẩm và giải pháp của hãng AXIS, đồng thời có đủ năng lực triển khai, chuyển giao công nghệ và dich vụ sau bán hàng cho khách hàng.

Để trở thành Đối tác Bạc của AXIS, ACS cần phải đáp ứng được các tiêu chuẩn ngặt nghèo của hãng về cơ sở hạ tầng, hệ thống trang thiết bị công nghệ hiện đại, đội ngũ chuyên viên đạt 2 chứng chỉ của AXIS, quy trình khảo sát tư vấn kỹ thuật, trung tâm hỗ trợ kỹ thuật cho khách hàng (call center) với quy trình xử lý bậc thang… ACS cũng phải trải qua các đợt kiểm tra, đánh giá dựa trên các yếu tố kỹ thuật và mức độ hài lòng của khách hàng về dịch vụ để được chứng nhận.
